Question about d4 people after resetting rank

Are d4 people going to have 0 lp after the reset or do you keep your current lp?
What if you are in promos in d4 or any other diamond division? Thank you

If I had to take a guess from how its worded, anyone CURRENTLY in d4 will probably not be affected by this. Anyone ABOVE will likely be affected. Floored is the one word that is making it hard to tell if d4 is affected or not.
