Why wouldn't you think about developing a new server for middle eastern countries?

They already have quite a lot of server issues that need fixing 24/7, PBE most than any others. Not to mention lots of bugs appear with each patch so it's hard to release a patch without causing a problem. It's not that Riot don't want to release one, it's just that they kinda have their hands full with all the other things they need to do.

But referring back to what you said it would be nice if they managed to do this, since I know how frustrating it can be to play on a server that is considered the best choice from the country you are playing in that would have a average 100-250ms (ping).

that's true, but there's millions playing this game in here why can't we have one, did they even give it a thought?
