graves heal 60 hp per auto only with doran at lvl 6 is this okay? How to harass him as gp, parrely just useless.

Graves counters Gangplank, simple as that. With that said though, I won my lane VS a Graves :P I think you can win the matchup with enough skill. summoner 31

How to harass?

If Graves is really dealing 2000 damage with every auto attack, you have other problems.
