Can You Get The Freliord Icons From Hextech?

So my old account with the freliord icons and the lunar goddess diana icon was hacked, so i had to make a new account. Since the hextech crafting came out and you can get some old skins etc. I was wondering if you get some old icons as well.

So is it possible that i can get my icons back from hextech?

I think the only thing you CAN'T get is limited edition skins (Chamionship, UFO Corki, etc.) So I'm pretty sure you can, but it will take years and lots of money or tons (TONS) of luck.
