Akali starts Laning Phase with 0 AP

Because of new runes Akali starts her laning phase with 0 ability power making her laning phase god awful until first back unless she starts dark seal which isnt always ideal in harder matchups. Shes always had a terrible lane phase unless top vs other melees but its even worse now. Can we get a fix for this please?
