Attack Move not working sometimes.

I just recently noticed something with my attack move smart cast not working some of the times. Instead of attacking the nearest target, my champion will proceed moving to the clicked location and won't attack anything even if there is minions/champions around. I disabled attack move on cursor, enabled it, double checked my settings and nothing seems to fix this problem. Anyone else noticed?
