You get one for a regular minion, two for large minions and monsters. When I think someone is op with no counter play, i play them. It allows you to get an understanding of the champion, what to do against him, and things like that.

Veigar was not played as much until the new ap changes making him able to get more ap than other champions just by farming. While I think some tweaking should be made to change up some of his abilities, his stacking q is part of his core gameplay and most likely will not change. Same with Nasus. Veigar's abilities are semi hart to land without the stun, so if you pay attention to keep out of stuns he won't be able to do his full combo on you. I used to play Veigar and he used to do even more damage.

I think riot wants to change Veigar a bit, but he is one of the fan favorites. This means fans like him so much that if riot were to change him fans would be angry. I think this happened last time they tried to change him

Veigar his dmg is so op, i know everyone now play with him juts to carry the game or to win a rank game, but if Riot will change that percentage of ap recived by killing an unit that`ll be great. 1 ap recived by killing an unity, not 1 ap, not 2(cancer), 0,5; 0,6 something like.
