can i use two servers in one client ?what will be the consequences of it?

i have experienced some game lag and stuck issues after i changed server NA to EU WEST.and its very hard to play like that.ping is always below 200 still game stucks while attacking or simply roaming on the map

Are you asking if you can get in toruble for playing on a different server? If that is the question I believe the answer is no. I have played on EUW(? The one that has Germany) before just by changing in client and logging into a new account.

unfortunately india (where im from )dnt have a server .so i picked na server.and i downloaded eu west on the same client i play na server.does this make any issues using two servers in one client.and i resently found tht windows 10 game is causing the stuck while game.so i turn off game bar.and i re installed na client now i dont have eu west on my client .running quite good but the internet here sucks

You will have to update client for each server you use. You will also need a separate account for each server you play on if you want to play on multiple servers.
