Gift of the Toadstool works against champions?
Is the gift of toadstool supports to work on other champions (champion to champion interactions)? It does like 148 damage over 3 seconds whichs seems a bit high

Yes, it's not very much damage at all, it's just an extra little bit.
150 @ 18 isn't anything. You're either alive or dead by 3 seconds lategame.
Yep, it's good not only with clearing camps, but in team fights as well. Note, all champs have a base of 30 MR or higher, so it's actually not as high as you think.
yeah, anyone with 100 MR isn't going to feel that much from it (I think it is over 3 seconds, so half of 148 (because of the MR) divided by three is only 25 DPS) It is certainly useful (it is kind of like a thorn mail, essentially, really great against ADCs) but it is high like that so that tanky junglers can use it to clear at a reasonable pace.
