Swain need a rework
I think that no one plays 
, and the people that do get super fed really easily, therefor I believe he should receive a rework.

that's just adorable swain main is now mad his champion is completely useless because most champions just outburst his healing now
its time to accept your mains will turn into shit. 
He's planned to have one next year-ish.

Swain is thematically incoherent, has a kit that does not at all convey where his power lies, and has few interesting interactions in battle. He's a big failiure of a champion who doesn't get touched often for how... inconspicuous he is. He's wrong in every way, and yet he's not offensive so why pay attention to him?
Personally, I would throw out pretty much every one of swain's abilities and start him from scratch. His most defining move, the bird mode, is the one most at odds with his character and is frankly the least interesting of his abilities since it makes your new goal to stand as close as possible to the enemy without diving.
STANDING SHOULDN'T BE A STRATEGY UNLESS YOU ARE 
I sorta mained swain for a bit. But truth be told I could see it coming. His farming is terrible until 6 even then the mana is an issue even with one of the best passives in the game. Not to mention you suck until you get zhyonnas and grievous wounds hurts you bad. I dont really like his build path because its basically 
etc but its a pretty big set of core items and not to mention the riot disregard for AP bruisers. But his DOT is the base for his kit in my opinion. It is his main damage and makes his laning phase with his passive. His passive does work into his strategist background as well as his CC. the ult is actually the thing that doesnt fit that well. While I would love to see more AOE for him that isnt on a freaking 16 second cooldown and what not and the bird laser could be like a AOE skill shot slow like kog maws but do consistent dmg while targets in the feild but either way it will be fun or depressing to see what happens
He will get a full VGU (Gangplank Level) in the far away future. Riot agrees that he isn't a tactitian gameplay wise. And visually he also saw some better days, he is not as bad as Zilean or Warwick but he needs some work. But as far as i know the core theme of a raven mage with a raven on his shoulder should remain.
