does anyone else get inconsistent ping while playing and maybe has a fix ?

last season and all the seasons before i had stable ping depending on the server,56 on euw and 46 on eune of course when not downloading something or heavily using internet on other devices,but after not playing for about 4 months and starting again on euw my ping is 54 one game then 68 the next and nothing else is using the internet nor is it jumping around,as soon as i get in game it's either 54-56 or 66-68 and it's driving me mad. Same thing happens on EUNE where my ping was always better because that is my home region but now it's the same as on EUW,did they change servers or do something that i'm not aware of ? it's really making me angry because it seems like it's something wrong with league itself and constantly jumping from 54 to 68 makes my gameplay absolute garbage
