About the new Lvl 30 Change

With this change on levels about it being halved wouldn't that mean that bronze players like myself would also be playing with previous 6.5 lvl 15s in ranked cause a quick fix to that would be to require a total amount of games or wins for wins it should be like 250 cause thats about the time most new players start ranked and 500 for total because i feel that gives them enough experience to know what an urgot does.[zombie-brand-clap]
