Please give Wukong a buff

I know you guys are planning a wu rework but I would like to play him with results for at least for the next year so please buff him. In fact, I have some ideas so you have to do less work.

1. make q scale 10% ad-50% ad
2. new thing on w: damage taken on clone is converted to a percent heal on you
3. make his ult able to be cancelled instantly
4. give him 10 more health, 3 more mr, 60 more mana, 1.5 more health regen
5. to balance this out, make his base ad scale less
