Anivia's ult feels so bad, you can no longer ult-e because of the reduced size. She is now useless because u are only utility with a wall that has a 10 day cooldown and a stun that is easy to dodge because everyone has 1000 movement speed and anivia sitting at 50 speed

And the ult nerf was needed. It was too simple of a combo with too little of a mana cost for the damage and slow it had.
