Assassin nerfs are too much

According to me the removal was an impactful nerf on many ap assassins, but it still allowed people to play the assassins pretty well. What makes me is the fact that riot also removed damage from many assassin, such as , making them weak on there early game, breaknig the whole point of an assassin, which would have a strong early game to then be able to snowball the rest of the game. Now the assassins just feel like mages who have to take a lot of risk to get kills, without much more damage than a mage.

So your definition of assassins is "press x to kill"? Wow, no, just no. Take risks when killing, it's only natural.

The top assassins who ever picked up DFG were Ahri, LB and Fizz anyway, while Fizz is on the lower end of the spectrum (he doesn't use it), and they buffed Ahri so she is not just alive but pretty darn strong atm. LB has always been strong but idk about her now.

So if anything, DFG doesn't really hurt assassins if at all. There is a reason to why assassins are currently dominating mid lane.

Poor Veigar though.

LB has been keeping up, but now you have to consider your target and the nature of your combo: double chains will still kill most things, but is much riskier. Fizz used it in place of his ult, such that the ult was a teamfight thing while DFG was a solo kill guarantee.

Ahri only used it because riot was forced to balance her around the fact that she could, which made her deendent on it, so riot rebalanced her on it, etc. It was a death spiral. I like her new style MUCH more.

Veigar has been, by name, promised a buff that could easily be a shift in some of the finer points of his playstyle. Their timeline suggests they're working on something other than a numbers buff.

removed damage from fizz? whatever shall we do now that the toxic champion which basically everyone in lower ELOs bans because they're just stupidly unfun to play against has been nerfed?

This. Fizz should be deleted from the game entirely. When a Fizz is present, nobody has any fun but the Fizz player.

um assassins are supposed to have bad early so its harder to snowball. thats the point of an assassin shut them down before they are fed.

As long as Fizz, LB, Zed, Kass, Kha'zix, and others have so much mobility, they really don't have to take so much risk to get kills. And I'm fine with all of them except Zed, and Zed is only a problem because he doesn't pay for his kill potential with a weak early game.
