What Champions Do YOU Think Need Tweaking/Reworking?

Whether it be based on their poor in-game perfomance, or if their gameplay just doesn't seem to fit the feel of how they should be as a champion (Pre-remake Sion), or if they're insanely OP, or if they're just weird, whatever!

I personally think Diana Diana needs some tweaking here and there. Not because she's overpowered or underpowered, but just as a champion. She feels weird. She's sposed to be the Heretic Moon Lady slaughtering anyone who denies the moon's glory, but she just feels like she's too easily stopped from her "rampage." She dives into the fight and just instantly dies without a Zhonya's, unless she's really fed and/or her team follows up REALLY well.

All of them. I wouldn't object to them just nuking everything and starting over after thorough playtesting rather than endless nerfing and counter-nerfing.

Fizz, Udyr (bear stance mostly, he shouldn't be able to both chase you extremely well and then be impossible to chase), Leona (ult just needs a range reduction), Malzahar (no counterplay ult), Warwick (no counterplay ult, impossible to escape from), voli (no damage items and can still dish out lots while being stupidly tanky), Mundo (ult is ridiculous, cleaver deals too much, and doesn't cost a lot), Vayne, Zilean, Karma, Fiora, Morgana

I had a huge list of my thoughts on them. But I lost it in my comments.

Skarner, once one of my favorite champions, my go to jungler and a decent top laner. Reduce to garbage 3 times.

In 4.2 he was slightly nerfed, Riot hates perma slows, that's fine it had to go, he got his AS moved, and he lost his heal for no good reason, minor nerfs but nonetheless nothing to make up for the loss of the perma slow.

In 4.10 He finally got the movement speed on Q to make up for losing the perma slow in his 4.2 nerf. However the cost of this was a loss like none other known to LoL. halved base and scaling damage on Q and E, and a loss of the passive that made him great, thus doubling his cool downs (they lowered them a little to compensate but my Trinity Force Wits End Skarner had enough AS to get much lower CDs on shield than that)

This was pretty bad, the champ was beaten hard into the ground with instruments of torture that could only be found in the underground Riot laboratories, but it was gonna get worse this patch. As if the nerf wasn't good enough, THEY CALLED HIM A TANK! He was a Fighter, a duelist and a durable DPS! But they called him a tank! He is nothing like a TANK! Just because his build is durable does not make him a tank!

He was seeing some play, despite two nerfs, all those who never bothered to give the champion a proper chance, had now started playing him for a little while, this cannot be said Riot, we wanted this champion to be the most unviable Fighter.

and with patch 4.11, his head had been severed, a swift blow the the movement buff he'd been given and an even deeper cut into the damage of his lowest and already too weak skill.

RIP Skarner, may you someday receive this rework. http://imgur.com/ouo9V1J Riot pls I really want him back, I miss Energize, and Dueling and my second or third favorite champion. (difficult to decide)
