i keep getting auto filled jgers while im mid and tanks op right now

I don't usually post because I tend to see the problems that other people have and extrapolate from that. But I am bamboozled on what to do. I am silver and play mid mainly. In my past 10+ games, I have hard carried at best or at worst not been destroyed in the lane. (I picked sylas and got counter picked into a heimer only so much you can do). I am looking at OP.gg and i have been pulling a lot of aces for loosing so I'm not playing badly. But I am on a hot losing streak. It started with 3 uncharacteristically bad games for me (one was against yas who I should just dodge cause I cant beat him, but can't get myself to do it) I noticed 2 things both out of my hands. (at least I think) One is my teams keep playing into a strong tank ie orrn, cho, malphite and I personally don't play any champions that can melt them when they are above 4000+ health, and we don't have a tank to answer them with. Again I don't play top the only tank I know how to play mid is galio and that doesn't fix the problem it only has slowed the inevitable snowballing of their tanks. (also my adc are doing jack squat against them as they keep picking people like mf who is not natural tank shredders or int and don't stand a chance at ever getting to the point where they can. But the main thing I have had constantly is auto-filled junglers who at best have done little to affect the game but most of the time get crushed by either failed ganks or the enemy jungler just outplaying them. Some games i doing just fine and will outright win my lane and snowball but get stopped by the enemy jungler with no back up from my own jungler as he is tunnel vision farming and get stuck unable to push lane and my advatage without risking getting caught out by the enemy jungler. which would be a problem if my teams warded enough to the point where I could see them coming from but this is silver and I have had very few times where anything like that has happened.

I guess the thing I want to know is of any list champs below is there someone I can play that will avoid these are issues. And am I just getting screwed by algorithms giving me terrible teammates?
I don't have a per sue main but I do play a large swath of champs: (not great with her) little experience with them but if they can carry i can learn them better great at getting kills with these two but terrible at getting objectives. Routinly pop off but my teamates can rarely capitolize on the opportunites i have made with them.
