The ryze nerfs aren't a surprise

Basically leading up to worlds riot starts balancing for pro play. Any champion that is even remotely viable in pro play gets nerfed regardless to soloque performance unless it's lee sin. That being said i hate the nerfs. will probably get buffed at some point before worlds. If you think this patch is bad then you should probably take a break until after worlds. It's only going to get worse. If you haven't been around too long here's an old patch so you can see some of riot's reasoning/ what kind of changes to expect
