Teemo mini-rework
Riot can we please change teemo's q ability to a skill shot so that it takes skill to blind someone.

acheu2 votesMaybe don't engage when Teemo has blind? Bait out the blind and then go in to kill? Unless you're a tank/mage you shouldn't be dueling a Teemo with blind up, you'll almost always lose unless you're dumb fed and the Teemo is bad,
