Just recently I played a game mid lane against a fizz, not being a mid main myself i didn't have a lot of experience playing against one, therefore it isn't surprising that i ended up dying quite a few times.

Fizz is an opressive assasin that is likely to one shot you if he ever gets ahead, as long as he hits his ultimate against a mid laner that isnt at more than 85% health, it means it's death, almost no matter what. The thing is, I really don't mind that part of the champion, he has strenghts and weaknesses, just like everything else,

The only thing i would dare to complain about is his W, until recently i didn't know exactly how it worked, but after calculating it's dmg and ratios, i'm not surprised he does so much damage.

After doing maths, I realised his W ap ratio, if you hit it exactly 2 seconds after first applying it's passive, is at 186%.

Yes, the base damage is low, but 186%, really?

Low base damage and high ratio means it's worse early and better late. It helps him stay relevant in the late game, which he kind of needs.

The problem is, the ratio is so incredibly high, that even early game it is very revelant, and that 186% is only if you attack your target twice, in all in it can easily reach 300% with a single use.

You're kinda right saying it's worse early, but it is still incredibly strong, i'm not saying fizz is op but in solo Q, he is just too strong, especially at low elo.

The W ratio is 120% after 2 seconds on the active proc unless you are counting things like lichbane. Fizz is an assassin with very weak upfront damage, and weak base damage. Every other assassin can kill inside 2 seconds faster than fizz. It makes sense that his longer duration kill time is stronger than any other assassin in league, PARTICULARLY when he also has no ranged damage on basic abilities that he can use to soften up targets first, like ekko, zed, kat etc.
