Wouldn't Sun disc be better as an item active?

It doesn't really interact with Azir's kit and is not an actual passive for that matter, so It kind of feels gimmicky and unnecessary on him. It IS a really interesting idea though and opens many windows, especially if it was accessible to everybody. Supports and supporty junglers could benefit from it greatly. It would also give more often an aditional factor around objectives and could serve as a safety net for bot lanes with uneven pushing prowess (jinx/karma vs vayne/sona for example). And it would be more fun if I could just buy it instead of picking Azir every time i wanna...

It could even replace Ohmwreckers current active or, as it is a Surima related passive, make it the active of a second Nomads medallion upgrade.
