Nasus's Wither is a joke

I understand that Nasus needed a buff for his Q, since the laning phase vs agressive laners like Pantheon, Quinn, Darius is tragic. But keep that in mind, after he gets like 200 stacks he can press W then run it down. For example a Kennen is a big bully, but even if he is pressing E, he cant run away from Nasus Wither. And right now, with the double stacks on his Q, this made Nasus a pick/ban champ. How am I supposed to play vs that, when in the 15-20th minute is all around Nasus R-W-Q and literally 1v2 champs, with 0 counterplay. PLS rework that shit, and maybe add a new slow effect, which starts from 90% slow and decays over time, not reversed like now. This is a horrible design, and makes Nasus potentially outlane every, single auto-attack based champ. Pls dont tell me to build QSS, because he has like 6s cd on that, and the slow duration is similar, so he is just perma slowing everyone.

I think trynd can beat him because of his ult? I'm not a fan of win by x time or lose champs either but it is what it is. Biggest issue is if nasus gets ganks and you don't, you're going to have to let him farm.

In general Nasus is weak to kiting and multiple cc. There is Yorick. When he has his ult he can deal with Nasus (unless Yorick was camped and he is way behind) and if not he can wall him and E to slow him and boom Nasus ult and wither have finished. There are picks like Garen Q which when timed correctly he cleance the slow (but not the attack speed reduction) and someone like camile who can choose if she want to engage or not with her E and she also have her ult to stop Nasus from chasing your teamates. There is Trydamere who can crit anyone to death and he can survive for extra 5 seconds. A full health Kled and 3 items can survive and kill Nasus too. For mage picks there are Ryze who can kite him and Lissandra with all the cc she has. Vayne has her E to knock back nasus and she can q away from him or ult and q to kill him ( vayne Q is similar to nasus-obviouslly not the stacking). These are 5 picks in which i can deal with Nasus completly myself or partially with the help of my team.

Nasus can do whatever he wants as soon as he hits lvl 6. His weak early game doesn't even exist. Sure he cant kill you 1v1 prior to being lvl6, but very few top laners can actually prevent him from completely free farming his Q. And Wither is one of the best, if not the best gank synergetic ability in top lane, so you're never actually safe unless youre Kennen or Liss
