Auto-ban system for AFK's in rank

Title pretty much sums it up. Too many D/C's and AFK's in ranked that ruin the game for 4+ people. A CS:GO system would be perfectly fine. An example would be if a player is afk for 5-10? minutes He is banned for an hour, and so on so on.
