Well after I have seen some videos and gameplays im sure now that kennen is the best ap top

Gragas is best AP top. I used to think Kennen was, but his Q not being able to go through minions is really exploitable. It's his main way of poking and getting a mark of the storm on you. So if the enemy just stands in their minion wave, Kennen either has to Lightning Rush in, or ult. I say Gragas is best just because his Body Slam is an interrupt, so you can do your whole combo on the enemy, Q E W(AA) and walk away before they even have a chance to retaliate. And even if they could, they'd be chunked and at risk of eating another combo once your cooldowns are off (which aern't very long) I vote Alistar or Lissandra as second best AP top tho.

Fast splitpusher , nice dmg , nice escape , no mana (much longer stay and poke in lane) , ranged top AP (destroy stable champions) HE IS PRETTY MUCH OP !!! :P i suggest u see this challenger and if u do the same in your Elo ull rise bro :)

Honestly I like Kennen, but I do not think that he is the best AP top laner. I believe that those titles go to Lissandra, Rumble, and Kassidin. While Kennen is better then he has been in the past year, he doesn't have enough reliability to be where the other 3 are at the moment. Just my opinion though.

The jury is still out on Kennen as far as I'm concerned. But I'm more intrigued by that video. What was that supposed to show? This is some guy playing completely passively and only reacting to Vlad's gameplay, whose entire team ganks for him all game long. And ultimately, he is still getting outfarmed and shoved up to his second turret. The victory was greatly helped along by the enemy team having Kalista and Syndra making some big mistakes towards the end.

idk I think Gragas and Fizz are pretty good ap top. But if it was best midlaner on top, I would say Zed. (just my opinion don't want to start a debate)
