I'm in bronze for other peoples mistakes and problems?

So, in season 4 I was silver 2. I was very satisfied because everything set my standards and the skill level was equal. However, this season (season5) I am bronze 3. Having to have dropped so low I was trying to figure out what was wrong. During my provisionals I lost most of my games to people who would feed, or afk for half the game. This wasn't fair. Now since I'm in bronze, I get nothing but people who whine all the time and won't take the game seriously. They just feed, whine and complain to the team about how we suck and how we won't listen. I primarily created this discussion for one thing. Why am I in bronze for the mistake of others? I feel like I should get another shot at my provisionals because bronze does not seem like a place I belong. I try to carry but everyone is busy not paying attention to pings or chats. I just don't understand why I'm in bronze for other peoples mistakes. I mean, shouldn't I be responsible for my division and not what others do in game? It seems like getting out of bronze is almost impossible. I reach my promotion and then I lose it from teammates that don't cooperate. It's very unfair! I've lost 4 games in a row from games that should've been won if people would just play the game and not type 80% of the time, and walk blindlessly into the enemy jungle. I just hope you reconsider the divisions this season, it seems unfair to many people, not just me.
