Ideas on how to balance league
Just some ideas I think will help . Change the base damage and stats of all champs to make items needed in order to become tanky, and do damage. . Add evasion type defensive items that let you evade auto attacks, example, 20% evasion item as a unique passive . Have buff like items that spawn at both side of the river that can only be picked up by one person to add more objective control, more reasons for mids to roam, and vision requirements overall, example out of combat speed buff, flat gold bonus like 200+ gold, summoner cool down reduction, etc. . Revamp and add active items to make them more important and needed, in order to know how to make effective builds and make gold a more prominent aspect to the game . On death people lose a percentage of their gold, this way people need to play smarter and safer
