if ppl dont want top laners 2 use smite
then make it so that u have 2 have attacked a jungle monster in the past minute 4 it 2 work.

LieutenantLZ1 votesthis wouldn't work. people would just go smack the golems every 3 minutes, or midlaners would just use a ranged ability on the raptors.
And how would this disable smite? Would you not be able to build into your jungle item if you haven't hit a jungle creep in the past 4 minutes? Or just not being able to smite at all?
this doesn't really help and would make more people pissed off than fixing the problem.
