Darius TOP LANE, please nerf
I have recently been playing Garen and have been encountering a Darius top lane against me. why does his Q do so much damage and leave my health seeping away. Can someone please explain to me how i can stop this guy!

Dont let his Q hit you with blade, either go close to him or out of range.

I hate to say it, but that's really all it is. Garen and Darius are both punisher type champions (AKA they directly scale off of how many mistakes their opponent makes), however Darius is better at it. Garen can beat Darius, but it honestly isn't likely to happen in lane unless you really know what you're doing. Later on you can find ways to be more useful than him, and therefore help your team win the game, but in a one on one fight a well played Darius can easily beat a well played Garen if both are on equal footing.
IF the Garen and Darius are the exact same skill level of players. Darius wins out. It is just how the champions are, since Darius takes a little footwork to aim Q and so on, he gets the extra strength. If you're wanting to beat that as Garen, you might invest in items like 
to stop some damage burst, slow him and avoid max Q hits, and break his own armor so you can win trades
Garen vs Darius is a skill match-up, with Darius having an advantage earlier.
Bait his Q, dont let him land his heal. Respect his passive and his dueling. Dont over-commit to a fight, Darius excells at extended trades. Focus on landing hits and backing off until he is low enough that you can all in him. Keep in mind his Ultimate is true damage, so your W will not help you. You will make him pretty miserable if you get the upperhand, but the same goes to him.
If he is charging his Q and you can not escape, move closer to him instead so you take reduced damage and he doesnt heal.
Darius is also more vulnerable to ganks than Garen.
As long as you dont feed, you should out-scale Darius, especially in teamfights.
Im Pretty sure riot have given up on the jug classed champions (garen, darius, skarner, morde) they remain either broken or horrible in this meta (

But there is more important things for them do too than balance a popular low rating champion, they should balance illioa before hand (like jesus she can 1v3 at level 6 with just a dorans blade)
No. Darius is complete trash later on and gets kited to hell and back
