insane life steal , armor pen, mobility,escape , tanky.. what else? give her a rifle to shoot people?

This so much..
They are building tank again & the damage she does is disgusting....
She only gets lifesteal if she builds double lifesteal.
She has no armor pen, just true damage.
Mobility requires a nearby target - she has no hard engage or dissengage.
She's really not that tanky. Unless she forgoes double lifesteal.
Well she can't press R and oneshot.
