Allow us to unlock out of lock in on champion select

Gets sick and tiring having to dodge games where 3 people lock in immediately for mid. Can you make it so we can unlock our selection so these hasty trolls might have a second heart and actually select a proper laning character. Not fair for other people to eat 15 minute penalties to avoid a massive defeat. It's kind of shocking you can't unlock your selection on here. This communities all about not wanting it to be toxic, but allows a toxic option to exist so long. Allow us to lock in and out at will. This seems like a fair compromise.
