Sooo every champ in the game has a 7 second backing animation. How is it in anyway fair that xayah or rakan can have a recall animation that's less than 7 seconds. Lets say that rakan is backing in a bush. That leaves xayah like 5 seconds to get some extra dps out that might be needed or she can get out of a sticky situation and recall in 2 seconds. That makes no sense.
If anything just make it so that you can't sync up if you've recently been in combat with enemy champions. That way you can't get something like one of them staring a recall while the other's lagging behind and running from a fight to let them catch a ride last second and get out.
Honestly, I don't quite see the issue with it. Random ADC is splitpushing with a Ryze sitting in a bush near by. Random ADC gets collapsed on and Ryze channels ult in bush. Random ADC gets to the bush and both get transported out of the same situation with the only way to prevent it being to CC the Ryze.
With these two, I'd assume if you hit one of them with damage, it cancels both recalls since they are supposed to be synced. I don't know for certain though.
You can use that logic on a Thresh lantern too, but is that broken? no.
