is it real that RIOT is gonna rework MF and GP?

i know this couple has been kinda unpopular for years, and oddly enough i'm pretty good at both, especially MF, she is like my secret weapon when i play adc against a no assassin team. i thought riot would only nerf op champs, i have mixed feelings about champ reworks, sometimes i don't want them to buff MF so there wont be a hell lot of people starting to use her and then riot will notice it then do the nerf you to the darkest hell thing.
