Game start timer

As of recently, I've been noticing late spawn ins on fountain. My friend has this issue happen as well and he said the games start at 8 seconds but I always start 12 seconds into any game. Regardless the start time is strange.

I even went to the first streamer I saw on twitch going into a game and managed to clip that happening. I'm surprised no one has written anything about this.

It feels a very annoying to say the least. Not mention even the sound effect of the barrier going down is seriously delayed at fountain. (Doesn't happen in clip, forgot to add that in :v).

In short, I'll rush out of base , I don't like rushing for items and getting out of base in 3 seconds. I guess it's not too impactful but it's annoying [sg-ahri-1]
