Galio Rework

I see a major isssue with the new Galio that is getting released soon. When you reach level six you cannot ult unless you get your jungler to help. Or you decide to gank other lanes which in many cases is not doable at the time and could potentially hurt your lane. The only thing I can see him working as now is a jungler or a support. Not even a support because adc's dont get close enough for you to ult successfully. He just can't be viable in lane anymore. This makes him way too dependent on other champions which was never the case before and should never be. What makes a great champion is when they can fend for themselves and contribute on their own. I never wanted Galio reworked in the first place. But I was willing to try out the new one and thought he looked like he could be fun to play. But after reading the new information about his ult I realize he is unplayable. He needs to be able to ult on his own without targeting another ally.
