Matchmaking Issues?

I am just a level 24 player with some experience. I wasn't so good at level 1-12 and had a nice matchmaking experience and now I am level 24 and have about 60% winrate... I am constantly having bad/trash games with no reason at all... Being matched with level 30, silver elo, gold, even platinum 2 once.. This is just wrong... I have bad matchmaking and I want it to change back to normal!!! This is seriously unplayable (((Learnt playing from a friend, he tought me how to kite, farm etc!)))
