Too many items flowing into my inventory as a support!

After this latest update(Patch 7.22) I tried a game of Sona and my inventory was bombarded with free items popping into my inventory. To start off there was the free item 2056 then due to Biscuit Delivery I got item 2010, on top of that I got random item 2004 then there was the item 2319 and then to top it off item 2011. Everyone likes free stuff but this is just a bit overwhelming. Especially when I recall and have to sell item 2319 , and sell a item 2010 or item 2004 if my inventory gets full.

A big thing I don't understand about this is why aren't item 2319 and item 2011 auto used? If I recall item 2319 should be auto sold and item 2011 should be used as soon as I get them. If they were made items so that players could use them when they are ready to then why not have options to make them auto used?

Lastly can someone tell me where item 2319, item 2004, item 2011 are coming from? EDIT: Answer is Kleptomancy rune.

I understand if I don't like this I can simply stop using certain runes such as Biscuit Delivery but that's not the point I'm trying to make. If a player gets all these items it makes sorting your inventory and backing far more tedious. Time spent looking at shop and inventory is costly.

Let me know what you think of my opinions on this in the comment section below. Am I right, am I wrong? Should it be a very different way all together?

Edit: Lots of info in the comments. Thank you for it all. I understand I will just have to get more used to managing my inventory more. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Inventory management is just a more important skill to have. Once you learn the items, you'll spend less time in the shop

Kleptomancy, one of the new keystones, gives you random consumables when you cast an ability and then hit an enemy champion with an attack. You must have picked the preset page with that keystone. if you don't like it try another rune page.

I don't see the problem though because the consumables are really useful. I don't go back and sell them. I use them to heal and restore mana and stuff.

The Kleptomancy keystone you're using gives both gold and items. It seems that gaining levels increases the rate at which you aquire items. Btw, you can use the sacks of gold in lane, and, if you have the biscut rune, the biscuits will permanently grant you +40 max mana. 5 biscuits = +200 mana. That's crazy!
