Starting to main jungle / secondary top. Need help finding champions

I'm a player hovering in Gold III/II. I like playing support and ADC, but it feels incredibly difficult to carry with them. I used to play a lot of mid lane, but the person I duo with tends to like mid lane as well and I've been away from the game for a long enough period of time that I'm poor at playing the match-ups and rarely win lane.

For Jungle, I feel like my best champion is Sejuani. I've tried playing Zac in the jungle and have enjoyed him, but he's always banned. I've also played Vi and J4, who I enjoy but I don't feel like I have as much success on as I do when I play Sejuani. I've also played Nidalee, but I feel like I'm inconsistent on her and I feel too squishy later in the game. I've been thinking of trying to pick up Elise. I like playing Lee Sin but know my mechanics with him are not ideal for ranked.

I don't play top often, but when I do, I tend to prefer going with Illaoi, who I'm still learning. I've also played Irelia top, but I don't feel like I have a good enough understanding of when I can beat my lane opponent by going all in. I like playing Malphite top.

I feel like I'm most comfortable playing Warrior's/Black Cleaver type bruisers and outright tanks with high CC that use Grasp of the Undying and Strength of Ages for top and jungle respectively. What are some other champions I should look at trying to play and pick up? Do you have any recommendations on playing these types of champions?
