League of Legends should add chat restrictions on ranked

After playing the game through low elo to plat. I have noticed that in low elo there are many games where players entirely focus their attention on chat and flaming instead of playing the game. I think having chat restrictions on ranked would help the community and hopefully not as toxic. I think the chat restrictions should be like how it works when you get a chat ban but instead it should be a normal thing in ranked to reduce unneeded conversations. It’ll make players to really be careful in how they use their messages. And if you ask “why don’t you just mute everyone”; in most cases the games I played at least 2 or more people were having unnecessary conversations. What are your guys thoughts on this feature? Should it be added or not?

Well, when a support goes in just to see their ADC stand still or auto some minions, do you truly believe there's anything left for that support to do aside from unleash the sheer rage his sickening ADC filled him with? Would you rather the support go in a second time, just for the ADC he already loathes to not go in a second time?

I don’t really get what you mean, because of course there’s going to be games where you get matched with a bad player, but you have to realize league of legends is a mental game and instead of wasting your time typing and getting more tilted, you can stay positive and try to win. However that’s the thing though, it’s so hard to stay positive and not flame your teamates in times where there playing like a ape, but if Riot adds chat restrictions, so you aren’t able to spend all game typing then players will focus more time into gameplay.
