Is new Dark Harvest too strong in ARAM?

With the changes to Dark Harvest in this patch, the team who takes this rune the most in ARAM instantly wins.

Not only is it too unbalanced but also removes any kind of diversity. This is pretty much what you see **EVERY GAME **now.

The fact that you don't even need to risk your life to collect the stack and abilities proc it now (including Luden's Echo, for very easy procs) makes this rune waaaaay too overpowered on this mode/map.

I know that Riot halved the damage per stack on HA but it's still not enough. I hope and suggest this is either disabled or hotfixed (or both).

I know ARAM is not a "competitive" mode, but this is honestly not fun and totally kills the "chill" part for me.
