Mordekaiser Will Never Be Fixed?

I really don't understand. This champion is so broken and has so many glitches, it's unreal. How does a multi-billion dollar company, Riot Games, allow 100+ bugs on a champion for over 2 years, and there's literally no backlash? (Maybe there was but NOTHING seemed to be looked over.) You're pushing ahead Aatrox, who has a higher winrate with a higher play rate than Mordekaiser to have a rework before Mordekaiser? The champion with 100+ bugs? You're reworking all these champions- introducing all of these champions, but can't even fix a champion you'd reworked/introduced beforehand? This is unreal. Why every game I play do I have to sit there- with over 100 bugs, dragon ai not moving to where I click- but for some reason, annie can control tibbers so easily. Am I missing something? Why does my W not heal me as soon as press it? Why does my E do no damage? Why does my Q DO NO DAMAGE? It's unreal. I can go on. Why is it that if I ult a Jhin ghost on a fourth bullet, he's able to one shot the enemy jungler when I literally am 0/0/0 and have no ad? Why is my ult nullified early game by potions, worth 50 gold each? Why is my movement speed so low, when most champs in the game contain a gap closer, slow, or cc that stops me immediately?

Why is this champion never acknowledged- like ever, in any patch notes? No updates, no bug fixes, no anything. Dead champion, no skins coming out every again I assume (at least until the "rework" which has been said to be coming out maybe in the past year? Yet he never appears on the champ update list- surprising right?). Please prioritize this broken champ if anything, over any new reworks that may come out. A champion with 100+ bugs should not have stayed in the game for this long.
