Random Picks That Actually Work In Any Lane ???

Im playing with my alt account trying to lvl it up in blind pick so i can start ranked again. So do these new patches have something to do in champion picks like Katarina adc and Rengar support in botlane, because they actually dominate hard and work well? Or is it just basically blind pick where everything works? These picks wouldnt make sense in ranked. Is there a reason why people do this stuff?

They do make sense. The game's become more DotA-like. You can pick near enough anything bot lane and do well because marksmen aren't necessary anymore.

Since Riot changed ADCs and their items.

Yes and no, they want to put crit ADCs in a position so they're not useless but they want to keep the diversity in bot lane.
