Ezreal On-Hit

Before anyone goes commenting "LOL feeds ez, complains about ez ofc" Yes I have feed ezreals in my lifetime but thats not what I'm complaining about.

There is nothing worse than an ezreal building this shit and effectively ruining your chance of ever doing to damage to him, while simultaneously doing 1/5 of your hp with one q. To only add to the hurt, his q applies the on hit AoE slow, which makes it even easier for him to hit his next one.

I propose removing the ability of his q to apply on-hit effects, or at least changing it.
