Having trouble ending games

Hey guys,

I am having a little bit of trouble ending games. Typically, I do really good at the start or middle of the game, but after the 45 minute mark, no matter how fed I am, sometimes I still end up losing. The champs I usually play is Tryndamere or Nasus. I usually have no problem early or mid game with either. Its just late game. Any tips you guys can give me?
