Probably a bug, if that was something new it would've been caught in the PBE update.
Was there a lulu in that game bychance? and what skin? Idk if any of her polymorphs are "squill" but she does change the champion name to whatever she turned them into (snowman, dragon, cupcake, etc)
Base lulu turns champions into Squil when they're polymorphed. Other lulu skins have different names for the morphed critter.
Lulu turned Jhin into a "squill" so he was labeled as one. Like how itll say "Eggnivia" when shes in passive form.
