Normal Draft Pick is creating toxic situations for New Players

So i'm relatively new to LoL (Not even lvl 30) And have been dominating bot matches. After a few dozen matches where there wasn't much competition with bots (On Intermediate) I decided to try Normal Blind and Draft pick. Almost every game i'm put into matches with players who are almost all Gold III or above, who obviously out skill me. This makes it very hard to have any fun, because immediately I cannot keep up to the enemy Champion, which causes MY OWN TEAM to get upset with me. Reactions varied from laughing at my skill level to cussing me out for not being able to keep up, to just flat out being told I shouldn't play at all because the team would be "better off." I can understand this happening once in a while but almost constantly?? I am too good to improve very much from just playing bots but apparently not good enough to play with other human beings? Why would the system allow me to be placed in so many completely ridiculous match-ups? And I can't even go to Ranked to be placed with people my own skill level because I'm not Level 30" yet. This is infuriating and seriously makes me reconsider why I even want to play this game if I'm not even able to have fun due to skill level. This NEEDS to change.

This is a problem of low level player base being small, but especially low lvl draft, and especially off peak hours. It does try to keep matches equal otherwise.

Still sounds like there's something up with the matchmaking if it's matching gold level players against a sub-30. That just doesn't seem right.

Best thing ive ever found in this game is the /mute all command. Other than that you will improve from versing people better than you
