Cleanse Buff Idea

Perso i think should have get the speed buff of the new ... (you dont use heal for the speed buff you use it for the big heal on a duo bot (heal could remove heal reduction )) should get the bonnus speed 25 % for 3 sec

The {{summoner:2}} got prob of Balence and are just in genera weak vs other item like or for since you the cooldown is way too high (they could make it single target and way better to get mana back)

For {{summoner:2}} it just bad compare to all the other trinket in the game like (same think but give a ward for only 250 G)
