Udyr nerfed again?

Why did Riot Games think that Udyr had to get nerfed again? I understood the first nerf because he was just too OP during Patch 6.3 i think it was. BUT NERFED AGAIN? I really dont see the logic in nerfing him again. This nerf has honestly ruined the game a bit for me. His sustaine was the way it should be but now its honestly shit... Pls Riot chance this in one of the following patches

I'd see the logic in just entirely removing him, or just removing the stun. He wouldn't be so annoying then.

Honestly, if they tone down his 557 Mobility, he'd be fair to play against.
