Riot unban me and fix your servers

Me and my friend were playing a ranked game... everything was ok until me and my friend were starting to get very big lagg spikes. It got to a point where the game just froze and my client just crashed... Igot permabanned for saying a few offensive words because of this lagg. Me and my friend were getting flamed for playing bad and i started to get mad at them so i started flaming them also. Other people in my team were getting alot of ping too. I dont get it after the swain rework the servers just went from 100 to 0.1. Please undo my ban and fix your servers.

So you flamed, im guessing you had a 14 day ban before?

Yes i did. But that was a few months ago and i only said like 2 or 3 swear words... i did learn my leason from that ban but i do feel that this one is unfair.

After the 14 day ban you are on the thinest ice possible for quite some time. You told someone to kill himself which is one of the 0 tolerance things. This bad is justified and wont be reverted.

If you do believe you've been unjustly banned then show your chat logs. In doing so everyone can see just exactly what you've said and it can be determined whether or not your ban was just. You can also try to send in a support ticket to dispute your ban. Again this depends on what you've said/done in-game. Also just as Timethief49 has stated, if you've been banned previously it is the cause for your perma. Repeatedly being reported within a short time frame is also another cause for you to becoming banned for an offense such as toxicity.

A few of these words are from my language (Latvian) so i guess they thought that they were swear words... They are not and im just talking with my friend about the freezing problem. And i was defending my friend (jhin) who got the same problem from our teamate (Garen). I did call garen a feeder and a dumbass just because he was doing a troll build in ranked and didnt let me gank his lane. When he needed ganks i tried to come and help but he just pushed his lane too deep so i went to help others. I was doing the best in the game went like 14/6 and still got flamed too much. Well i do understand that i could have just muted him so i guess thats my fault. U can call me a toxic player i dont care i just dont like when my team is getting flamed. I feed usseles and then i go overboard. P.S i did not change anything in that text.

Reasons why you were handed your ban: Retard Kill yourself (KYS) x2 passive aggressive statements

If this is how you normally are every game then it's very understandable why you were perma'd. I've been perma'd for passive aggressive statements previously in the past. I don't have my logs on hand, but they were harsher than yours minus the foul language.

If this is just a one-off bad week, then I'd suggest trying to appeal via support ticket. In most cases, if you do appeal via support ticket your ban can be turned into a mute. However, this all depends on the person who reviews your case. In your case you might not get a repeal. If you really do just want your account back you can still try. If you can't repeal your ban, then your last option is to just make a new account and try to filter your language to prevent another ban.

I can be toxic once in a while, but it's really rare (after a bad day at work, things like this), and I only got "punished" for this behaviour once (I was extremely toxic during this game) and I just got a chat restriction for a few games. So I don't believe you when you say it's the first time you were flaming someone, and then got perma-banned.
