LP loss rates with teammate dcs :/

I had a DC team mate that never even made it to level 6, a jungle who wouldn't stop feeding and obviously didn't know what to do in game and it of course led to a loss; no big deal right? Why the hell do I lose 20LP from something out of my control? Something that is more than likely the current server problems fault and even if it wasn't it's MY game score being affected by another players DC. Why has there been no DC help/fix when it comes to ranked games? How about the ability to pull in a queued champion at their choice by a prompt or a DC timer that counts how long a champion stays inactive or dc'd and at a certain point gives an LP buffer to all the champs still trying? I'm not even asking for a loss negation, just something to help not screw us when it's not on us. Why the hell do we get punished for this?

Riot's theory is that because there are 4 other players not you on your team and 5 players on you on their team that it are not you.

it happens to the other team more than it does you.. so they say overall your win more games do to d/c than you lose.

not saying i agree with this... because i don't.. but that's riot stance as far as i know..

Welcome to most of the community who believes this is necessary to 'keep bad players' into their 'rightful' elos.

Yes, if most of you guys complained, they would prob change it. Instead, I see people justify it.

I welcome all downvotes to my brutal honesty. Downvoting wont change a thing.

I welcome all brutal honesty. I try hard to pull my weight and learn the subtle nuances to the game that lead to better play style and keeping a level head. I don't believe I am in the right elo and I'm making steady progress out, but I still believe having a DC buffer is an absolute necessity in a competitive online game.
