Why is lethal tempo not in arurf?

Riot ruined this game so much. Bad enough it's all random but then they take out certain runes? Fuck riot.

because for ranged champs attack speed from items are multiplied by 2, you get lethal tempo your attack speed can reach 5+ attacks per second regularly, and in the beginning of this arurf lethal tempo was in arurf but then they took it out.

Yi is not lethal tempo. Thus Yi has nothing to do with this.

Champs can't do 5+ aa's but veig can do 50k damage with just r? How's that fair?
